💡 Natural Light Therapy: Optimising our Biology

Natural light therapy - the scientific basis of which is photobiomodulation - is the method where the certain wavelengths of the natural light spectrum (especially red and near-infrared light) to optimise biological functions, speed up regeneration and improve mental well-being.

This technology is not a substitute for artificial UV light or sunlight, but can be found in sunlight, light rays with therapeutic effect concentrated, targeted application.
