My story

Since the age of three, movement has been a part of my everyday life. Gymnastics, swimming, yoga and athletics were not just sports for me, they were the building blocks of a lifelong experience: I learned that our bodies really develop when we varied stimuli cap.

A Crossmove philosophy therefore breaks with the one-sided burden. I believe in the cross-training strength and harmony, where dynamic strength, conscious mobilisation and deep regeneration go hand in hand. I'm not just giving you a training plan, but a way to for body-mind balance, where varied movement forms help you get the most out of your body - whether it's flexibility, endurance or mental focus.

My relationship with the cold started in 2017 and since then it has become not only part of my daily routine, but a mainstay of my profession. For me, cold therapy is not just a trend, but a continuous learning process: constantly researching, experiencing and refining the methodology.

The biggest professional and personal milestone of the 2023 Samoëns Ice Swimming World Championships reported.
