My being is movement

Since the age of three, exercise has been part of my everyday life. Through my journey, I have experienced the strength and diversity of the body:

  • a dance gracefulness and the Gymnastics disciplined harmony,
  • a tennis strategic precision and the windsurf elementary balance,
  • a skiing the freedom to roam and the cross-country skiing meditative rhythm.

My experience with the equestrian sports instinctive harmony a triathlon steely endurance through the ice swimming mental triumph shaped my outlook.

Crossmove - Conscious recreation and biohacking with the power of nature

This decades of active practice has laid the foundations for the Crossmove a system where the most valuable lessons of sport are combined with conscious recreation. I believe that a real physical and mental breakthrough requires not one-sided training, but functional stimuli and holistic regeneration is needed.

Crossmove is not just an exercise programme, but a complex well-being system, to help you get back to your body's natural balance. My method is based on modern science and symbiosis of ancient natural elements: az joint mobilisation and the spinal focal movement starting with the conscious cold therapy through the to a circadian rhythm-based lifestyle I support you at all levels.

Press and Inspiration

A. Hajni
“The training sessions have given me a lot. It meant a lot to me that we trained in the open air, not in a gym. The exercises were very good, both strengthening and mobilizing. I think the structure of the workout was good. I was looking forward to going even after hanging off work to be there. I came away recharged at the end, although shaky at times, but definitely with a positive experience. I liked that you could handle our different fitness levels and if someone couldn't do it, you told them how to do it at their level. I can't even remember the last time I was sick. My recoveries after runs are much faster, or so I feel. I'm much more balanced and confident. I don't stress as much, I don't get upset. I think it's important to be aware of that, to be aware that you can make these changes by moving, by cold water. Community is important, it's really good that we were together.”

“I, who in the summer spent 20 minutes in the thigh-deep water at Lake Balaton, Lake Venice, wondered when I would venture further. I had so much fun that I didn't even want to come out. Then the first cold season, the second, the third, with many experiences, including the splashes in Lake Rukkel led by Orsi. Recommendation: Orsi, announced the Crossmove training at Lupa Beach, and I was carried away by curiosity, because I could only swim with my head out at that time. The first Lupa training session went well, Orsi gave a specific warm-up for swimming. Suddenly the question came up, whether I would start at the I. Ieges OB on December 1st. I was so surprised that I couldn't say no, and of course I registered for the 50m distance. Once I had registered, it was time to get ready , so I went to training on Wednesday morning at 1/2 8. We also trained in the 25 metre cold water pool on Lake Lupa, which was fenced off, in the bright sunshine and sometimes in the rain. We practiced our starts and turns as the lake water gradually cooled. I managed to get away with the distance in the OB, much to my delight I'm grateful to Orsi for the idea, the encouragement, the experience of keeping cool. ”

“For us it was a completely new feeling/experience! The beginning and the end was well structured, the dive experience was totally subjective for us, my girlfriend adapted easier , I adapted harder but the end result was the same 🙂 What I particularly liked was the closeness to nature, the tranquility, and the fact that we did the warm up next to the water, opposite the lake, helped the mood. I've been telling people about it ever since!”

“We came to the training with great curiosity and openness. What really impressed us was the choice of location, the structure of the training and the constant feedback if we weren't doing something right. And at the end of the training, we felt that we would definitely continue with this. 🙂”

“I have learned a lot from you, for which I am very grateful 🙂 Your encouragement, your sharing of your experiences have all helped me a lot.”

“Orsi introduced me to the world of cold water therapy five years ago. It was unimaginable to me then - as a hot shower enthusiast - that I would ever be happy to dive into cold water. However, her motivating personality and professional guidance not only helped me take the first step, but also made cold water immersion a real passion for me. Since then I can't imagine my life without him. Orsi has shown me how I can heal my body and my soul.”
