My story

The movement: lifelong research and heritage

Since the age of three, exercise has been part of my everyday life. I'm grateful to my parents for raising me in this way: they gave me the Sample from, of which the I eat to this day. For me, sports have never been just a form of exercise, but the building blocks of a lifetime of experience:

  • a rhythmic gymnastics softness and folk dance dynamics,
  • a ride freedom and beach tennis effortless mobility,
  • from swimming the power and the triathlon steely endurance,
  • a Yoga awareness and ice swimming mental triumph.

These experiences have taught us that our bodies and our our nervous system is when it really develops,

if you have a variety of stimuli and adaptive challenges cap.

The Crossmove philosophy

That's why my methodology breaks with the one-sided, monotonous workload. I believe in functional cross-training where dynamic power, conscious mobilisation and deep regeneration are symbiotic. I'm not just giving you a training plan, I'm giving you a conscious way to the for body-mind balance - be it flexibility, stamina or sharpening your mental focus.

My relationship with the cold started in 2017 and since then it has become not only part of my daily routine, but a pillar of my profession. For me, cold therapy is not a passing trend, but a precise one, scientifically sound methodology, which I am constantly researching, experiencing and refining.

One of the professional and personal milestones of the 2023 Samoëns Ice Swimming World Championships where I represented our country for the first time in a world ice swimming competition. Now I'm using my experience in the international field to help you apply the power of cold safely and effectively. Whether it's for regeneration, immune support or mental resilience, Crossmove conscious support built on world-class foundations you get.

my approach

A Crossmove mission to help you reconnect with yourself in a real, deep way - on a physical, mental and emotional level. In today's accelerated, digital world, my goal is to create a provide a secure anchor, where movement is no longer a compulsion to be ticked off, but the main tool for your inner balance.

Baseline values

  • Naturalness - Getting back to the roots: aligning the body's internal rhythms, our biological clock and the forces of nature.

  • Awareness - Each form of exercise and regeneration protocol is backed by deep professional experience and a scientific basis.

  • Systems Biology - Crossmove is more than just exercise: it's a holistic lifestyle system where the pillars build your vitality by reinforcing each other.

  • Empathy - I accompany you on your journey with personal attention, understanding support and genuine inspiration.

The pillars of the system

Crossmove isn't just about movement or wellness - it's a conscious lifestyle system where every element works for your physical and mental balance based on the 6 pillars:

  • Cold therapy (Cold therapy) - Conscious adaptation for mental resilience and cellular regeneration. Cold is not just a challenge, it is a precision tool: it helps to strengthen the immune system, reduce inflammation and improve mental focus.

  • Open Water Swimming - Technical confidence and functional endurance in a natural environment. The world beyond the pool: effective swimming technique development and water safety, where physical performance meets the power of nature.
  • Spine-focused approachThe freedom of painless movement. A healthy spine is the foundation for a long, active life. With prevention- and rehabilitation-focused exercises, we help restore and balance correct postural control (posture) so that movement is a pleasure, not a burden.

  • Circadian rhythm and light therapy - In tune with your inner biological clock. Modern lifestyles often disrupt our sleep-wake cycle. My programs focus on the power of natural light and optimizing circadian rhythms, which are key to achieving hormonal balance, restful sleep and high energy levels during the day.

  • Full mobilisationTaste protection and freedom of movement. Real power without mobility is vulnerable. Mobilisation increases joint integrity and tissue flexibility. My goal is to get your body working efficiently again without limitations in all ranges of motion.

  • Sports nutritionConscious fuel for your cells. Sports nutrition supports your training, aids recovery and maintains metabolic health so that your energy levels stay stable rather than fluctuating.

A crossmove

Building on my professional experience over the past years, I created Crossmove - my own integrated training system that focuses on body-mind balance. The method is based on a combination of the natural environment and a scientific approach:

  • Born to move in nature - Dynamic, close-to-nature movements that free your body.

  • Water and cold therapy - Regeneration and mental freshness in natural waters, every day of the year.

  • Circadian rhythm support - Aligning the body's internal clock with the power of natural light.

  • Mental regeneration - Conscious presence and stress relief for total inner balance.

  • Spine-focused stability - Precise mobilisation and strengthening for pain-free, stable movement.

  • Integrated forms of movement - An effective combination of different sports and techniques for a varied workload.

  • Conscious sports nutrition - Optimally supporting your organisation for sustainable development.

My aim is to make movement more than just a workout for you: a tool to reconnect you with yourself on a physical, spiritual and mental level. In Crossmove's system, the rhythm of nature, the invigorating contrast of cold and warm, and the dynamics of movement form a coherent whole, helping you to find and maintain your inner balance.

I will give you this way of life and approach through a variety of programmes:

Individual advice and training - A personalised development path.

Workshops and camps - Immerse yourself in the methodology and be filled with the power of community.

Team building - Company team building, where common challenges forge a community.
