The movement: lifelong research and heritage
Since the age of three, exercise has been part of my everyday life. I'm grateful to my parents for raising me in this way: they gave me the Sample from, of which the I eat to this day. For me, sports have never been just a form of exercise, but the building blocks of a lifetime of experience:
- a rhythmic gymnastics softness and folk dance dynamics,
- a ride freedom and beach tennis effortless mobility,
- from swimming the power and the triathlon steely endurance,
- a Yoga awareness and ice swimming mental triumph.
These experiences have taught us that our bodies and our our nervous system is when it really develops,
if you have a variety of stimuli and adaptive challenges cap.
